The Supply Chain Management department is responsible for the procurement all goods and services of council in a transparent, effective and efficient way. The five pillars of supply chain are:

• Ethics and Fair Dealing
• Competition
• Accountability
• Reporting

1. Quotation/invoice – should have: address, VAT No., Company or CC registration number, amount and contact details
2. Tax Clearance certificate (must be original from SARS and must be valid)
3. Copy of the CC registration certificate
4. Bank details or cancelled cheque
